Assist in posting job openings on job boards, company career pages, and social media.
Screen resumes and applications, and shortlist suitable candidates.
Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and interview panels.
Maintain and update candidate databases and tracking sheets.
Assist in drafting job descriptions and recruitment materials.
Support employer branding initiatives and career fairs if needed.
Assist in pre-employment documentation and background checks.
Perform other administrative tasks as assigned by the HR team.
Bachelor’s degree (ongoing or completed) in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proactive and eager to learn.
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
Familiarity with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Prior internship or exposure to HR/recruitment is a plus but not mandatory.
